MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER-SAFE: The bottom cup portion is microwaveable up to 800W and up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit (50 degrees Celsius), maximum 3 minutes. Both parts are safe to wash in the dishwasher.
LEAKPROOF AND BPA-FREE: The top compartment doubles as a lid, screwing on tightly to form a leak-proof seal. The material is BPA-free.
